Mr. K.K. Chan, Vice President of Infrastructure Business at Resolink, served as deputy general manager from the company's inception in 1996 to May, 2001. Prior to this, he worked in various technical and management positions in the EDP Center of China Resources Group. Mr. Chan graduated with a BSc degree from the University of Hong Kong. He later received a MSc degree in computer science from the University of London and a diploma in business administration from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Mr. Joey Chan is Vice President, Professional Services of Resources Link Network Limited. Mr. Chan is a seasoned IT professional with over 14 years of experience in IS/IT field. Including 6 years of management experience and 10 years of in consulting, architecting, developing and implementing large scale applications. Mr. Chan helps clients on short and long term IS/IT strategies, tactical plans and performance targets; determining priorities and selection of IS/IT strategies to ensure competitiveness and efficiency.

Prior to joining Resources Link Network Limited, Mr. Chan worked for Oracle Systems HK Ltd and was heading the 11 staff Applications virtual team of Chartered Accountants and Chartered Engineers as well as leading the initiative in solution consulting of eBusiness Suite of products.

Mr. Chan received his MBA from the University of Warwick, UK and his B.Sc. from LSE (London School of Economics and Political Science). He is a US Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). He is also member of the Hong Kong Society of Accountants (HKSA), UK Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), and the British Computer Society (BCS).
